Brian Fowler - FCCA Managing Director
Brian trained as an accountant in Industry and on qualifying set up Accountancy Solutions in 1989. With his team he has been instrumental in developing the company into one of the most effective specialist recruitment organisations in Ireland. He handles senior positions at CFO, Finance Director and Controller level.

Additionally he specialises in sourcing taxation professionals for most of Ireland's large accountancy firms and major groups. He provides recruitment advice at board level to a number of high profile organisations and is frequently retained on a exclusive basis to manage confidential recruitment exercises.

Mary Grealy - Director, Industry & Financial Services Division
Mary is a Director with Accountancy Solutions.  A business graduate from NUI Galway she trained in London as a Management Accountant. A CIPD qualified professional, she joined Accountancy Solutions in 2000 and now manages the Industry & Financial Services Division .

Mary specialises in the recruitment of permanent staff at qualified and senior finance professional levels. She has been instrumental in developing key business relationships with many of Irelands  high profile Plc's, multinationals and major private companies and acts as account manager for some of the company's largest clients.

Yvonne Rafter - Director, Contract & Temporary Division
Yvonne is a Director with Accountancy Solutions. Having trained with a Dublin based accountancy firm Yvonne  joined Accountancy Solutions in as in-house accountant in1997. She moved to a consulting position within two years. During her time with the company she has managed client assignments sourcing candidates at all levels from Accounts staff to Finance Director.

In 2002 she assumed responsibility for managing and developing the Accountancy Solutions Contracts and Temporary Staffing Division. Under her management, the division has experienced significant growth and has become recognised in the Irish market as the leading provider of temporary staffing solutions, sourcing short to long term contract and interim management staff.
