Consultant Profile
No Recruitment Experience?
No problem, although we would prefer to hire experienced recruitment
consultants, at Accountancy Solutions we place greater emphasis on
recruiting consultants who have experience working within finance and
accounting fields. At Accountancy Solutions we have long recognised that our
people are our greatest asset. With this in mind we firmly believe in

Each of our consultants specialise in a section of our business.
We have vacancies for experienced consultants in the following areas
- Industry Division
- Financial Services Division
- International Division
- Contract & Temporary Division
Each consultant manages their own client and candidate portfolio, manages
their own advertising budget and is involved in all our marketing and
candidate activities.
Consultant: Key attributes needed
You need to be pro-active and organised with good people skills. A high
drive to succeed combined with stamina is essential.

Your starting package will reflect your career and experience to date.
We pay a non threshold commission and have in place a target based bonus
structure. In addition, we have a company based medical insurance scheme
