Assistant Financial Accountant – Financial Services –Dublin City Centre  

The Company

Our client is a leading Multinational who are seeking to appoint a Part-Qualified Assistant Financial Accountant to join their Finance Team; the role is based Dublin City Centre.     

The Position:

This role reports directly into the Finance Manager and offers an excellent opportunity for growth and career advancement within a leading Financial Services Company.  The assistant accountant will be responsible for providing support for quarterly and annual reporting.

The main duties of the role will include: 

  • Quarter end reporting and file maintenance
  • Preparation of reporting timetable
  • Management of AP reporting and approval of invoices
  • Overhead management and reporting
  • Expense management
  • CSO Returns
  • Tax Returns
  • Improve financial policies and procedures
  • Financial Reporting

 The Person:

  • Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc)
  • Experience in financial services essential
  • Strong IT skills & knowledge of SAP 
  • Excellent communicator
  • Good attention to detail
