The company
Our client is a leading service provider in Europe. Their Irish office is based in Dublin West and has undergone a period of restructure. Due to a change in the finance team they have a new requirement for an Assistant Accountant to support the Finance Manager in the Irish Operations.
The role
The role is varied and involved in all financial control and reporting for the Irish entity. The role will evolve with the company and will offer progression within the group.
Your duties are but not limited to:
- Preparation of monthly management reports
- Maintaining fixed asset register
- Quarterly stocktake
- CapEx monitoring
- Intercompany accounting
- Assist with year end audit
- Statutory accounts preparation
- Statutory returns
- Performance analysis
- Ongoing development and review of internal controls and processes
- Ad-hoc projects
The candidate
The ideal candidate will be a part qualified accountant looking for a varied role in industry. You will have the ability and experience to work autonomously and have excellent attention to detail.
