Executive Assistant / Office Manager 

Accountancy Solutions is a specialist financial recruitment firm based in Dublin city centre. Within our industry sector we are viewed as a professional organisation with high standards and a friendly working environment. Established in 1989, we specialise in supplying financial staff at all levels to a wide client base in Ireland and overseas. Our clients include all the major accountancy firms in Ireland, Irish PLC's, multinationals, Shared Service Accounting Centre’s and a range of quality indigenous companies.


The role will play a pivotal role in managing the administration function, providing support to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership team, general office management and maintaining key relationships with external suppliers.  The role is challenging, interesting and will allow the successful candidate become a key member of a successful and established recruitment business.  Role will be broadly dived into two areas:

Executive Assistant
Working closely with the Managing Director the candidate will play a key role in managing the relationship between the Managing Director, key clients and senior candidates of the business. Role will involve diary management, assisting with vacancy assignments, preparation of management reports and interaction with internal accounting, marketing and consulting staff members within the business.

Office Manager
As office manager, will be responsible for running the back office of Accountancy Solutions including managing relationships with external computer and software suppliers, manage purchasing of office equipment and stationery, manage office space and leading projects for improvements. 

Candidate Profile
Ideal candidate should have a number of years’ experience as a PA within a small or medium sized business.  They should be a self-starter with a “can do” attitude who is capable of prioritising a busy workload, managing projects and interacting with a high number of staff and clients across the business. Its important that they have good IT skills as they will be involved in managing the company’s IT and database systems. Experience of working within a recruitment or HR environment would be a distinct advantage.
