Our Client is a long established successful accountancy firm based in Wexford. They are viewed as a quality firm and are undergoing a period of growth.
The Role: Practice Manager, Wexford
The successful candidate will take over the running of the firm and will play an integral role in the development and strategic management of the Practice. Duties will include:
Client Management: Working with a large client base, they will manage the client relationships, and interact with each client on year end accounts and tax issues.
Staff Management: Manage and develop a team of accountants and trainee accountants, and schedule and allocate client assignments.
Business Development: The candidate should have the ability to source new business for the firm either from existing clients or attracting new business. They should have a pro-active approach to targeting new clients via local trade organisations and general networking.
This role will suit a commercially minded accountant who will be passionate about assisting a firm to grow. They should have a number of years PQE in a quality firm. A good working knowledge of taxation is desirable. This role requires a high degree of interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with both the Clients and the team of employees.
