Therefore we are looking for experienced finance professionals to join our financial recruitment team.
What is Recruitment?
Recruitment is a fantastic job, but let’s be honest it’s a tough one. In recruitment no two days are ever the same. One day could involve interviewing candidates, another meeting with a client. The one thing guaranteed in this role is you will NEVER be bored. Recruitment is a rewarding job, there’s no a better feeling in the world than telling your candidate they have just been offered their dream role. As a consultant, you will be given the opportunity to work within a specific section of our business, taking ownership of individual client assignments, developing client and candidate relationships and assisting with the growth and direction of your division.
What does it take to be a recruiter?
Are you a people person? Do you thrive on a challenge, are you a multitasker who loves to be busy. Do you have a passion to succeed? Would you describe yourself as tenacious, resilient, persistent, bubbly, competitive, driven, professional? Maybe a career in recruitment is what you have been looking for.
