Our client is a long established firm based in Dublin City Centre. They have a varied base of clients across a number of industry sectors. They provide their clients with business advice across audit and taxation. This is a progressive firm whose Partners are keen to further develop the practice. Role: Accountant to specialise in Tax

They are seeking a candidate who wishes to progress through AITI examinations. Working within their Tax department as a member of the Tax team, the role will provide a broad range of experience across all “tax headings”. The Department is busy and showing exceptional growth and the role offers the successful candidate great training and the opportunity to develop within a supportive and progressive environment.

Duties will include

• Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns
• Review of Audit files for Tax points
• Research to assist Tax Director on tax projects
• Face to face meetings with clients to finalise tax returns and provide advice on issues like pensions, BES etc.

This role offers the candidate an opportunity to become involved in interesting assignments.

Candidate Profile

• Candidates should preferably be progressing through AITI examinations
• An Accountant trained within a smaller firm, wishing to specialise in tax accountancy qualification
