Accountancy Solutions is Ireland’s longest established Financial Recruitment Specialist. We are seeking to recruit a Senior Accounts Assistant / Accounting Technician on full-time or part-time basis (4 days). 

Senior Accounts Assistant - Hybrid

Reporting to the Managing Director the role will involve the following:

• Managing busy weekly payroll for temporary division
• Debtors billing, accounts receivable and maintaining debtors ledger
• Credit Control
• Bank reconciliations
• Accounts Payable
• Preparation of weekly & monthly sales analysis
• Contact point for customer queries and staff payroll queries

Ideal Candidate

This is a very busy and interesting role involving lots of contact with our Management team, customers and temporary employees. Role will suit an experienced Accounts Assistant/Accounting Technician or Part-Qualified accountant, with a number of years experience. Working within an SME would be a distinct advantage. Should have experience using Sage Line 50, Sage Payroll / Micropay and good MS Excel skills. Candidate should be confident, have excellent customer skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
