Our client based near Dublin 24 are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join them to develop their team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller role will involve:
Accounts Payable
- Matching invoices to Purchase orders
- Inoutting invoices onto the accounting system
- Creditor reconciliations
- Creditor Payments
Accounts Receivable
- Gathering information for processing invoices
- Debtors control account
- Credit control
Other
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting the Finance Manager and Assistant Accountants
Suitable candidate will ideally be qualified Accounitng Technician with 2 years experience within accounts payable and accounts receivable.
