Client Profile – IT, Dublin 

Our client are a well-established and highly regarded firm.  They are continuing to grow and have a new requirement for an experienced accountant to join the team and take on additional responsibilities.

Role: Accounts Manager 

The role will support the Financial Controller in all areas across both management and financial accounting.  It will work closely with other members of the team to deliver on financial reporting requirements.  Specific responsibilities include:

• Manage AP, AR, Payroll functions 
• Team supervision
• Monthly management accounts preparation
• Managing key KPIs
• Oversight of AP and AR functions
• Budgeting, forecasting and analysis
• Introduce process efficiencies and lead cost reduction programmes
• Review and improve financial system reporting
• Assist in mentoring junior members of the team

• A number of years experince in similar role
• Ability to work in fast paced environment 
• Results orientated
• Proven track record in introducing process improvements
• Excellent technical abilities
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to perform a hands-on role
• Excellent communication, customer care and people management skills
• Excellent planning, organisational and leadership skills
• Strong IT and Excel experience
