Accounts Manager, SME, Dublin City Centre 

Client Profile:

Our client have multiple interests in the property sector and continue to expand.  They are seeking to appoint an Accounts Manager to oversee all aspects of finance reporting to the Directors this is a stand alone position taking full ownership of all things finance.  

Position Profile: Accounts Manager

The role will manage all of the in house accounts for the business. Some of the duties will include:

• Preparation of management accounts 
• Management of debtors ledger including preparation and issuing of rental invoices and ensuring timely collection of fees 
• Accounts payable 
• Management of year end close and statutory accounts 
• Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow 
• Bank account management and reconciliations 
• Review and improve financial policies and procedures
• Tax and statutory compliance
• Financial analysis
• Ad hoc duties as required 

With an office based in Dublin 2 there is flexibility on providing a hybrid option following the initial training period.  

 Candidate Profile:

• Experience in an SME in a broad finance role 
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on own initiative 
• Excellent attention to detail
