Client Profile

Our client are a growing busniess providing specialist contstruction services, due to continued growth they are seeking to appoint an expereinced accounts professional to manage their finances.  

The Role

This is a stand alone role and will take full responsibility of the Finance function reporting to the Directors and driving the finance agenda, ensuring financial controls are in place and monitor financial performance. It is a hands on role in a small team.  Key areas of responsibility will include: 

• Manage accounts payable, receiveable and payroll 
• Cashflow, budgeting and forecasting
• Develop and deliver KPI’s
• Tax returns 
• Review and develop policies and procedures
• Manage financial systems 

 The Person:

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience: 

• Experience of working in a similar role
• Ability to work in small company environment 
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Strong IT skills, Sage 50 beneficial 
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communicator
• Self-motivating and able to work on own initiative
