Our client a highly successful Architectural firm based in south Dublin are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Payable clerk to join them on a temporary basis.
Reporting to the Financial Controller
Role will involve:
- Daily processing of Accounts Payable invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with Billing
- Posting of Journal
- Assisting the Financial Controller with reports
The organisation recently moved from Sage to QuickBooks so they would like the new employee to have experience using QuickBooks.
