Our client is an international high-end fashion wholesale and distribution company located in Dublin. They are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team on a 12 month contract. The position will require an ambitious, energetic, highly motivated person who is willing to learn and be a part of a fast growing and successful global company. This position will report to the Finance Manager in Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• Generation of daily invoices
• Daily Deposits
• Timely application of funds received
• Sending Monthly Accounts Receivable statements
• Accounts Receivable querying overdue accounts for payment
• Credit Card Processing
• Assist with new account creation for customers
• Credit Hold Review – Daily basis
• Participate in our weekly AR call with our team
• Other ad-hoc tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of a mid-tier accounting system required - Netsuite knowledge a plus
• Detail-oriented with great organizational skills, but also comfortable with ambiguity
• Execution-focused, with the ability to take individual responsibility for delivering quality work
• The successful candidate will preferably have worked in a global organization 
• Must have experience with multi currencies
• Strong Excel / IT skills are critical for this role
• Fluent in spoken and written English required
