Our client is a Top10 firm providing professional services across audit, accounting, taxation, business consulting and corporate finance. The firm is experiencing significant growth. Role: Audit Manager

They are seeking to recruit a commercially focused Audit Manager to strengthen their management team. Reporting at Partner level the role will be focused on taking ownership of a portfolio of assignments and managing the relationship between the firm and key clients. Duties of the role will include:

Audit & Advisory

• Taking ownership of a portfolio of industry clients
• Managing and Planning audit assignments.
• Providing business and consultancy advice to clients regarding company development.
• Manage billing, collections, and profitability per assignment
• Staff : Manage, motivate and develop team including reviewing the work of Seniors.
• Identify inter-department service offerings to clients.
• Target new clients through external networking.

The role is challenging and will allow the candidate to become involved in providing solid business solutions for clients. The existing partners are keen to recruit a candidate who can become part of the leadership team and can contribute to the growth of the business.

Candidate Profile

• Candidate should have a number of years experience at either manager or assistant manager level in a quality firm.
• They should have strong commercial skills and be capable of contributing to the growth of their division.
• They should have a commercial and competitive focus.
