Client Accountant – Property –Dublin City Centre
The Company
Our client is a market leader in the Real Estate Industry, they are seeking to appoint a Client Accountant in a customer facing and varied role.
The Position:
The client accountant will be responsible for working on a number of key accounts and managing the relationships and financial reporting of these. The main duties of the role will include:
- Preparation of management accounts
- Financial statement preparation
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Financial Analysis
- Preparation and review of statutory and tax returns
- Ensuring client is compliant with other statutory/reporting obligations
- Improve financial policies and procedures
- Oversight of Service Charge calculations and audits
- Value add projects for projects
Role will be a mix of working in the office and remotely.
The Person:
- Similar Experience in real estate, funds or practice
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent communicator
- Good attention to detail
