Client Profile – Top 15 Accountancy Firm, Dublin

Our client is a high profile accountancy and business advisory firm with a significant client base across Ireland and a global affiliation with c. 150 worldwide firms. Their Corporate Finance division comprises a team of specialists who work together to ensure clients are best prepared to meet challenges by providing market leading advisory services, impartial advice and creation of innovative solutions. Their Corporate Finance team handles a range of diverse assignments for indigenous mid-sized businesses and corporate entities, and would rank high within the Top 10 Corporate Finance consultancies. Given the excellent ongoing range of deals the firm handles, the successful candidate will be involved transactions from inception to completion.  

The Role – Corporate Finance Manager 

They wish to hire an experienced Corporate Finance professional to join their team. Working closely with Partners and Directors in the firm, this role offers an opportunity to manage a range of interesting and challenging assignments including: 

• Mergers, Acquisitions and Disposals
• Management Buyouts (MBOs)
• Industry Analysis/Feasibility Analysis
• Preparing business valuation reports
• Assisting clients with M&A growth strategy
• Transaction Services and Due Diligence Assignments
• Project Finance and Financial Modelling
• Strategic Business Development
• Assisting with sale or purchase mandates including preparation of information memoranda, management of virtual data rooms etc.
• Preparing decision making papers for presentation to key internal and external stakeholders
• Assisting with the structuring of deals

Candidate Profile

Led by a team of partners who have overseen some of the highest profile M&A assignments in Ireland within recent years, they are seeking an experienced professional to join their Corporate Finance Leadership team. The ideal candidate could be currently within a larger firm and seeking more career autonomy within a boutique style department.
