Our client is a large medium-sized accountancy practice based in Dublin. An established practice with a reputation for quality and delivery of client expectations, they have a wide range of clients both domestic and international. Their client base includes some sizeable indigenous groups, international subsidiaries, Co-operatives, and large pension funds.  

Role – Director (Partner Designate)

They are seeking to recruit a commercially focused senior practice professional to strengthen their Leadership team. Working with the existing Partners, the role will involve managing the relationship between the firm and a sizeable portion of the firm’s larger clients. The role will provide them with high level support across all business areas. The successful candidate should have qualified within a quality accounting firm, have operated at RI level, and have responsibility for their own portfolio of clients. For a candidate who sees a long-term career for themself in practice, this role offers a fast route to equity partnership.
