Our client a growing organisation operating within the services sector and partly state funded are currently looking to recruit An experienced Finance Manager on a contract basis for 12 months

The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Description

• Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Reporting to the group and Group Finance
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process with external auditors.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure professional growth.
• Evaluate and improve financial systems and procedures for efficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments to align financial goals with business objectives.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) are desirable.
• Proven expertise in financial management and reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
