Our Client
Our client has gone through a recent period of change and are seeking to appoint a Finance Manager to lead the team. They are a recognisible brand and have a new requirement for a key role in finance.
The Position: Finance Manager
This role will report to the Head of Finance and have an active role within the business and dealings with the Senior Management Team. It will have a commercial input in the ongoing development of the company. Some duties include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Financial Reporting
- Lead and develop small finance team
- Project management of finance system implementation
- Detailed reconciliations
- Review monthly journals for accurateness
- Tax returns
- Variance analysis
- KPI reporting
- Payroll review and approval
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Ad hoc as required
The Person:
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- Qualified Accountant or working towards qualification with relevant experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills
- High volume experince
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and multitask
- Strong IT skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communicator
- Self-motivating and able to work on own initiative
