The Company

Our client are a dynamic and innovative global organisation operating in a high growth and fast moving industry. To facilitate continued growth they are seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager in their Revenue Team. 

The Position:

This is a key role for the organisation and will support the Senior Finance Managers in the business where there is a focus on leading and developing a high quality team.  Duties will include:

• Monthly accounts preparation and ownership of month end close in line with business requirements for a number of entities 
• Lead on key finance initiatives 
• Become expert in technical accounting issues facing team 
• Review and improve finance policies, procedures and controls
• Project and ad-hoc work 

The Person:

• Qualified accountant with relevant industry experience 
• Demonstrate team management experience 
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills/ability to prioritize work
• Good interpersonal skills
• Process orientated
• Ability to work in team environment
• Can do attitude
