Client Profile
Our client are manage a number of high profile contracts across Ireland and are seeking to appoint an experienced finance manager to lead the finance team and review the needs of the function.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Management Team the role will take full responsibility of the Finance function ensuring financial controls are in place and monitor financial performance. Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Preparing Month End accounts
- Lead and develop finance team
- Cashflow, budgeting and forecasting
- Develop and deliver KPI’s
- Oversee finance operations
- Tax returns
- Review and develop policies and procedures
- Manage financial systems
The Person:
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- Qualified Accountant wtih relevant experience
- Must have SAP experience
- Ability to work in small company environment
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong IT skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communicator
- Self-motivating and able to work on own initiative
