Client Profile
Our client are a well-established business seeking to appoint a Finance Manager to oversee the Finance Team.
The Role
The role will take full responsibility of the Finance function reporting to the Directors and driving the finance agenda, ensuring financial controls are in place and monitor financial performance. Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Preparing Month End accounts
- Lead and develop finance team
- Cashflow, budgeting and forecasting
- Develop and deliver KPI’s
- Oversee finance operations
- Tax returns
- Review and develop policies and procedures
- Manage financial systems
The Person:
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- Qualified Accountant wtih relevant experience
- Must have SAP experience
- Ability to work in small company environment
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong IT skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communicator
- Self-motivating and able to work on own initiative
