Our client provide specialised services and have a new requirement due to ongoing growth. They are based in Dublin 11. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Accounts Payable 
  • Bank account management 
  • Petty Cash management 
  • Accounts Receivable and Billing
  • Bank account recs 
  • Preparing payment runs 
  • Complete other tasks and administrative duties as requested
  • Reception cover 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years' experience with finance exposure 
  • Excellent communication skills – fully fluent written and spoken English essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to prioritise and to work to deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills and efficiency with excellent attention to detail
