The Company

Our client are a highly regarded organisation with a strong and well known client base.  They have an excellent reputation and a culture of inclusiveness.  They are in the process of a large transformation and are seeking to redefine their product offering cost model. 

The Position:

The role will be involved in defining and costing services offered and rolling this out in the business for offering to clients.  The role will also be involved in advising on the back office finance processes required to support the financial reporting.      

Duties will include:

• Finance lead on the project and liaise with key stakeholders
• Develop and deliver cost model for services across the business
• Project Management and reporting
• Cost management
• Business partnering with the management team and board of directors 
• Process improvement and introduction of automation tools
• Document all processes and procedures as the basis of creating templates for going forward
• Roll out and deliver training on new modelling process

 The Person:

• Similar experience in delivering outsourcing cost model
• Very strong technical skills
• Commercial orientation
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills/ability to prioritize work
• Good interpersonal skills
• Process orientated
• Ability to work in team environment
• Can do attitude
