The Company
Our client, a well known organisation is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager in their Commercial team to focus on operational efficiencies within the business on a large scale. The role is high profile within the business dealing with a lot of stakeholders on cost management and optimisation, increasing use of technology etc.
The Position
This role is unique in focsuing on transforming processes to maximise efficiency whilst maintaining financial integrity. Responsibilities include:
- Review financial processes with view to improving effectiveness
- Delivering reports to Senior Management team
- Business partnering
- Review technology use and capability within finance
- Review internal controls
- Develop and maintain KPIs
- Preparation of financial information for business cases
- Review and Manage costing
- Project-related analysis
The Person:
- Ideally a Qualified Accountant with experience of finance transformation
- Project management experience
- Commercial orientation
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills/ability to prioritize work
- Good interpersonal skills
- Process orientated
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Can-do attitude
