Client Profile 

Our client is a global business in the Aviation sector. They are restructuring their Finance team and are seeking to appoint a Financial Reporting Accountant. Reporting into the Group Finance Director, this position is reponsible for the production and reporting on accurate financial information. It offers an ambitious, progressive Qualified Accountant the opportunity to take on a busy and varied position within a leading company with ample opportunity to grow and develop within the Group.  

Role: Financial Accountant 

The Financial Accountant will be responsible for providing a wide range of financial information. Specific areas of responsibility include:

• Month-end reporting
• Consolidation of monthly financial accounts across the Group 
• Analysis and provision of key information to management
• Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting
• Year-end audit and preparation of financial statements
• Regulatory returns
• Tax compliance and returns 
• Delivering improvements on both existing and new processes and systems

This is a high-profile role within the global organisation with a lot of cross functional relationships. It will give the successful candidate a chance to progress throughout a leading organisation.
