Financial Accountant, Credit Union, Dublin / Hybrid
Our client are seeking to appoint a Qualified Accountant to join their close knit finance team in a hands on role leading a small finance team. It is a really interesting position with a focus on work life balance.
The Position:
Reporting directly to the CFO the position is varied and high profile. It offers a lot of autonomy and ideally suited to someone who can work on own initiative. Duties will include:
- Leading finance team
- Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Financial Analysis
- Variance analysis
- Assisting with Internal and External Audits
- Monthly reconciliations
- Cross functional relationship management
- Aid development of junior members in finance team
- Participate in process review and improvement
- Finance related projects
The Person
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA etc) with relevant experience of accounts preparation
- Ideally 2+ years of PQE
- Experience in Financial Services or Credit Union Desirable
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills
