Financial Accountant, Multinational, Cork

Our client is a leading US Multinational based in Cork with an expanding Finance team and an excellent pipeline for the remainder of 2022 and into 2023.  

The Position:

This role will be responsible for the financial reporting for entities across EMEA. Duties will include: 

• Monthly, quarertly, and annual reporting across the group 
• Financial analysis 
• Monthly reconciliations 
• Intercompany accounting 
• Cross functional relationship management 
• Participate in global process improvement
• Special projects including in integration of new entites 
• Review financial statements and accounts for entities 

The Person:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA etc.) with relevant experience in Big4 or Multinational 
• Ideally 3+ years of PQE
• Experience of US GAAP and IFRS 
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills
