Client Profile 

Our client are involved in Property Development with ambitious plans to grow. They are in the process of restructuring their finance team and seeking to appoint a Qualified Financial Accountant to work in a close knit finance team in a varied role.  

Role: Financial Accountant 

The Financial Accountant will be responsible for providing a wide range of financial information. Specific areas of responsibility include:

• Month end reporting
• Year end audit and preparation of financial statements
• Budgeting and forecasting 
• Analysis and provision of key information to management
• Monthly and Annual reporting
• Day-to-day involvement with the running of the Finance team
• Statutory and tax returns 

Role will be a mix of hybrid working in a central city centre location and remotely.  

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Accountant with relevant experience 
• Experience of using a finance system 
• Excellent analytical skills
• Results orientated
• Excellent technical abilities
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to perform a hands-on role
• Excellent communication, customer care, and people management skills
• Excellent planning, organisational, and leadership skills
