Financial Accountant
Our client a Property Development organisation based in North Dublin are currently looking to recruit a Financial Accountant to join them on a 12 month contract.
Reporting to the CFO and working as a key member of the finance team, this role will include responsibility for the following:
- Supervising a team of bookkeepers who are preparing monthly management accounts
- Reviewing the monthly management accounts
- Preparation of cashflow forecasts
- Preparation of projects budgets
- Liasing with the auditors on an ongoing basis
- Taxation ( VAT, PAYE, RCT & CT)
- Investor Relations
- Company Secretarial
Candidate
The preferred background of the candidate:
- Qualified accountant with 3 years plus PQE
- Ability to work on own initiative and demonstrate proactivity in approach
- Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environmental with changing priorities
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
