Financial Analyst, FMCG, Leinster

The Company:

Our client is an expanding business in the FMCG, they are seeking to strengthen their finance team with the addition of a Financial Analyst to ensure the rolling 5 year review is accurate and take ownership of financial modelling within the team.  

The Position:

The main duties of the role will include: 

• Monthly revenue reporting and analysis
• Sales reporting and analysis
• Manage master data 
• Assist with monthly management accounts 
• Develop budget and forecast models 
• Monitoring monthly results in comparison to budget and providing explanation of any variances that arise
• Assist in preparation of the annual business plan and monthly promotional planning meetings
• Maintenance and analysis of financial data in a commercial forecasting tool

Majority of role can be performed remotely with 2-3 days onsite in Leinster per month in a number of locations.  

The Person:

The ideal candidate will acquire the following:

• Excellent MS excel skills and some experince with monthly management accounts 
• Third level qualification
• Good understanding and quick learner of IT systems
• Deadline focused with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear communicator with the ability to report results
