Our client is a Top10 firm providing professional services across audit, accounting, taxation, business consulting and corporate finance. The firm is experiencing significant growth. Role: International Tax Manager

They are seeking to recruit a commercially focused Tax Manager to strengthen their Corporate Tax team. Reporting at Partner level the role will be focused on taking ownership of a portfolio of owner managed businesses who are innovate and building expanding their businesses both locally and internationally. Duties will include:

• Managing and developing client relationships for a portfolio of industry clients
• Providing advice to clients regarding potential structures suitable to their business.
• Advising clients on a range of tax advisory assignments
• Providing business and consultancy advice to clients regarding company development.
• Manage billing, collections, and profitability per assignment
• Staff : Manage, motivate and develop team including reviewing the work of junior   colleagues.
• Identify inter-department service offerings to clients.
• Develop new clients through marketing and business development initiatives. 

The role is challenging and will allow the candidate to become involved in providing solid tax business solutions for clients. The existing partners are keen to recruit a candidate who can become part of the leadership team and can contribute to the growth of the business.

Candidate Profile

• Candidate should have a number of years experience at either manager or assistant manager level in a quality firm.
• They should have strong commercial skills and be capable of contributing to the growth of their division.
• They should have a commercial and competitive focus.
