Client Profile – Construction 

Our client operates within the construction sector and is seeking a Management Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will work along side project managers to monitor costs and provide detailed and accurate forecasts. 

Role: Management Accountant  

The role reports to the Financial Controller in a close knit team and is hands on in its nature. Specific responsibilities include:

• Managing projects costs 
• Developing and managing key KPIs
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Working with project managers on WIP and cashflow 
• Involvement in audit and year end
• Project accounting
• WIP 

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Accountant with similar experience
• Excellent analytical skills
• Results orientated
• Proven track record in introducing process improvements
• Excellent technical abilities
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to perform a hands-on role
• Excellent planning, organisational, and leadership skills
• Strong IT and Excel experience
