Our client a public service body based in Wicklow n are currently looking to recruit a Management Accountant Accountant to join them initially on a contract basis.

• Overall management of BSU staff.
• Direct support to Head of Operations
• Month End Reporting - Key Finance contact for reviewing actual and budgeted expenditure and responding to queries raised
• Submission of Rosetta Adjustments
• Monthly Allocation of Funding to S39 Agencies
• Tracking NSP Funding for Services to ensure it is drawn down when services commence
• Monitoring Funding and Expenditure with Managers of Services
• Preparation and Issue of SAs for S38 Agencies, 4 DIS/3 OLD.
• Overseeing preparation and completion of DIS S39 SAs  completed by DS Staff
• Key contact with CMSU for both DIS/OLD
• Finance representative at IMR meetings for both DIS/OLD - 140 Agencies
• Responsible for PACT - Review of invoices for Procurement purposes DIS/OLD
• Direct engagement with funded Agencies including those with financial challenges
• Review and payment of WRC Pay Awards recommended by KOSI/Preparing Decisions for approval and advising agencies/local managers.
• Financial review and advice for Business Cases submitted by Agencies
• IFMS PO Approver for DIS/OLD
• RSSMAC Returns

Suitable candidates will be qualified accountant with strong technical and interpersonal skills.
