Client Profile – Retail
Our client are a specialist retail group with a presence across Ireland seeking to appoint a Qualified Accountant into a broad role in their Head Office based in West Dublin on a hybrid basis.
Role: Management Accountant
The role reports to the Managing Director and is hands on in its nature across all areas of finance. Specific responsibilities include:
- Monthly management accounts preparation
- Developing and managing key KPIs
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Sales and margin analysis
- Managing cost of sales
- Statutory accounts preparation
- Tax Compliance
- Manage internal and external audit
- Reconciliations
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Accountant with similar experience, retail a bonus
- Excellent analytical skills
- Results orientated
- Proven track record in introducing process improvements
- Excellent technical abilities
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to perform a hands-on role
- Excellent planning, organisational, and leadership skills
- Strong IT and Excel experience
