The company

Our client are currently seeking to recruit a qualified accountant into their finance team for a 12 month contract due to ongoing project work within their business.  The role will interact with many stakeholders and focus on providing financial information to support decision making.  They are also looking for someone who can optimise financial processes creating efficiencies in their overall finance team.  

The role

The role is varied and involved in all reporting and analysis for the Business in which it operates. It has a commercial focus on driving the business forward and improving the reporting process.  Your duties are but not limited to: 

• Preparation of monthly management reports and commentary 
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Performance and data analysis 
• Ongoing development  and review of internal controls and processes
• Continuous process improvement 
• Ad-hoc projects

The candidate

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with relevant industry experience. You will have the ability and experience to work autonomously and have excellent attention to detail.
