Our client is a fast-growing business based in Tipperary and is currently expanding its finance team. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a qualified Accountant to join the team and support the Financial Controller. This is a great opportunity to join a busy company and get exposure across all aspects of finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts for group entities
• Assist with budgeting, tax planning, and system improvements
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and manage intercompany transactions
• Oversee cashflow and financial reporting
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures
• Ensure strong internal financial controls
• Manage year-end audit and liaise with external auditors
• Ensure compliance with statutory and tax obligations
• Support on ad hoc finance projects as needed

About You:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• 1–3 years post-qualification experience
• Strong IT and finance systems skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
