Our client a highly regarded and well established firm based in Dublin city are currently looking to recruit a Part Time payroll administrator to join their team, offering hybrid working.
Reporting to the payroll Manager and working as part of a team role will involve:
Payroll Processing & Compliance:
• Process end-to-end payrolls for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legislation.
• Calculate and input all payroll data including new hires, terminations, statutory deductions, benefits, and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including taxation, social insurance, and employment legislation.
• Strict adherence to deadlines in the processing and submission of Revenue Returns (RPN's, PSR, and payment of PAYE/PRSI/USC liabilities).
• Continuously aim to reduce implementation cycle time.
Suitable candidates will either be IPAS Qualified or working towards the qualification
