Payroll Specialist 

They are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their payroll team. Working closely with the Payroll Management team this role will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to build and develop their career in a fast paced  payroll environment, in a business offering excellent career opportunities.  Responsibilities will include: 

• Process payroll for UK and ROI employees, supporting end-to-end payroll cycles
• Ensure payroll activities comply with UK and ROI tax legislation, auto-enrolment, and statutory obligations
• Process pension contributions and statutory deductions
• Administer employee benefits in line with company policies
• System Improvements : Actively support the implementation of system enhancements and process improvements
• Work closely with Payroll, HR, and Finance
• Support and assist in the development of junior team members
• Continuous improvement – support initiatives to improve processes 

Ideal Candidate 

Candidates should have a number of years experience within a large payroll environment. They should have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably with senior management, colleagues and employees. It’s desirable that the candidate have a recognised payroll qualification or is pursuing the same.  This role is an excellent position for a candidate who is passionate about developing their career in a payroll environment.
