Our client, a leading professional services organisation, is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Payroll Specialist to join in their fast-growing team on a full-time permanent basis.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the end to end processing of payroll for an assigned portfolio of clients across various industry sectors. You will also act as the point of contact for client payroll related queries.

This role will suit a motivated individual with strong payroll experience who will be able to work to tight deadlines and communicate well with clients. It is a fantastic opportunity to further your career in payroll and to gain experience working with multiple clients.

Main responsibilities:

• End to end payroll processing for a number of clients – weekly, fortnightly and monthly 
• Dealing with all client payroll and benefit related queries
• Adherence to deadlines in the processing and submission of all statutory returns
• Preparation of payroll related data
• Production of payroll runs
• Other ad-hoc payroll related duties as required

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 2 years' payroll experience
• IPASS qualified or working towards
• Previous payroll experience within a payroll bureau environment
• Knowledge of PAYE (including BIK) and PRSI
• Experience with ROS 
• Good computer skills especially Excel
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with fully fluent written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
