Personal Assistant, Property, Dublin 12

Our client, a property organisation based in Dublin 12, is looking to recruit a PA to join them on a temporary basis with an immediate start. This role will report to one of the Directors.

Responsibilities:

  • General administration and secretarial support to the Director and wider team as necessary
  • Following up requirements form Property managers, banks etc.
  • Planning and scheduling meetings
  • Actioning items and following up daily with internal and external people 
  • Partner diary management
  • Screening and dealing with phone calls
  • Organising and attending team meetings, circulating agendas 
  • Preparation of reports, minutes, presentations, and letters to company standard
  • Invoicing and working with the accounts team at month end
  • Supporting staff around key deadlines
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

This is a temporary role for 3 months. Suitable candidates will have 2 years' experience and be self motivated in a busy environment.
