Client Profile
Our client are operate within the healthcare support sector and are currently seeking to strengthen their finance team they are seeking to appoint a Part Qualified Accountant. 

The Role: Assistant Accountant / Part Qualified Accountant 

This role is a general role within a busy Finance function of a growing organisation. This role reports to the Financial Controller and will gain exposure to all areas of finance in line with progression of the Accountancy exams. 

• Full ownership of AP 
• Bank reconciliations and bank account management 
• Preparation of key metrics and automating reporting process
• Oversight of credit control 
• Support with preparation of monthly management accounts 
• Manage fixed asset register 
• Payroll administration 
• Improve policies and procedures
• Ad-hoc projects 

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have the following skills or experiences:

• Relevant experience in a broad role in a Finance team, ideally suited to a Part Qualified Accountant 
• Highly analytical
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Strong IT skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communicator
• Self-motivating and able to work on own initiative
