Client Profile: Quality Accounting Firm, Clare

Our client is a progressive medium-sized accountancy firm based in County Clare. Their client base comprises mainly of quality indigenous companies, sole traders, and high net worth individuals. They are long established and would be viewed as a quality growing practice.

Position: Practice Manager

They are interested in recruiting a Qualified Accountant to work closely with the Partners to assist in managing a portfolio of the firms larger clients. This will involve supervising the existing team and taking ownership of a portfolio of clients. This pro-active role will involve extensive client contact with an emphasis on providing an overall service to each client and also developing the range of business services within the firm.

The role will involve:

• Managing portfolio of clients
• Providing technical advice within the firm
• Providing general business advice
• Extensive interaction with clients
• Scheduling assignments and managing staff

 Candidate Profile

• Candidates should have a number of years' experience at Manager or Assistant Manager level within a quality practice
• Good client skills
• Self-starter
