Project Accountant, Charity, Dublin (Hybrid) 

The Company:

Our client are a charity with operations all across Ireland, they are seeking to appoint a qualified accountant to join their team on a contract basis to lead a project which will focus on enhancing some of their finance processes including launching a new employee finance tool across the organisation.  

The Position:

The role is highly interactive with stakeholders across a number of internal and external areas.  It will be the finance lead rolling out a new system and mapping out some of the finance processes across a number of areas in the business.  Duties will include:

• Map and implement business processes across grant and fundraising procedures 
• Finance system enhancement 
• Become point of contact on the roll out of a new employee expense tool and train staff members on how to use it 
• Process improvement 

The Person:

• Qualified Accountant or Affiliate 
• Ideally experience within not for profit sector
• Excellent analytical skills with strong IT skills essential
• Deadline orientated, with the ability to work to multiple tight deadlines
• Strong communicator
• Excellent attention to detail
