Our client, a large diverse construction organisation based in Dublin 4, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Accountant to join them on a temporary basis.
Duties:
- The project accountant will work on the day to day finances of the company as well as work on internal and external reviews as they arise
- Annual return of 60 companies in the group and closing of dormant companies
- Production of consolidated monthly management accounts
- Production of annual budgets and monthly forecasts
- Production of annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Preparation of detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders
Suitable Candidates
- Qualified Accountant
- Strong accounting background
- Strong accounting, systems and management skills are desirable
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritise tasks and flexible with a changing workload from week to week
