Our client a Public Service body based in Kildare are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join them on a contract basis.

Reporting to  a General Manager the role will involve working on various projects in operation's and finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects form Start to finish
  • Liaising with Various Departments
  • Maintain project logs i.e. actions, issues, open questions
  • Updating of Database 
  • Running Reports
  • Excel Reports 
  • Supervising  staff
  • Adhere to good practice models in terms of risk control, project management, control, monitoring and closure
  • Assisting the Finance Team on Projects required within the finance function

Required Experience:

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficient in MS packages

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Third Level qualification (e.g. Degree) or equivalent is desirable

The working week is 35 hours, with 30 days annual leave.
