Our client a highly successful property organisation with Office in Ireland and the UK are currently looking to recruit a Property Management Accountant to join them on a six month contract.
Key responsibilities of job:
To work in association with the existing team to review all processes and procedures and to ensure the effective and efficient day to day running of the department.
Main tasks:
1. To assist the Head of Accounts - to include the following:
• Full compliance in respect of the RICS guidelines and audit.
• Full compliance in respect of the organisations internal Key Accounting Controls.
• To ensure the team meets all previously agreed Client accounting requirements and deadlines.
• Review teams training requirements and future development.
• Review of all internal processes and procedures.
• Efficient implementation of new procedures.
Main capabilities:
Technical Skills
• Proven experience of using QUBE Property Management software essential.
• Fully competent in all areas of Property Management Accounting.
• Previous experience in the production of financial statements.
• Previous experience of fixed charge receivership reconciliations.
• A sound knowledge and experience of bank reconciliations.
• Good excel skills which ideally will include v/lookups & pivot tables.
• Computer Literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office.
