Client Profile – Expanding Medium Practice – Dublin

Our client is high quality, progressive, medium-sized accountancy practice experiencing a period of rapid expansion. Based in Dublin City Centre, they are renowned for the delivery of high-quality business solutions to a range of clients across corporate, financial and SME sectors.

Role - Tax Senior

They are seeking an experienced Tax Senior who will join their existing tax team. Working closely with their Tax Partner, the role will be quite varied and the successful candidate will be expected to assist clients (both corporate & personal) across the broad spectrum of taxes. This will include:

• Preparation of Corporation & Income tax computations (primarily companies, sole traders, and owner-managers)
• Working with Tax Partner on consultancy assignments
• Advising clients on personal tax issues
• Full involvement in client meetings
• Researching and identifying tax planning issues and opportunities for clients mainly in the areas of income tax and corporation tax,
• Input into compliance and advisory matters relating to all other tax heads including VAT, PAYE/PRSI, Capital Gains Tax, CAT, stamp duty, etc

This role offers the candidate an opportunity to become involved in a range of interesting assignments.

Candidate Profile

• Candidates should preferably be a qualified accountant with AITI, or studying towards AITI A part qualified candidate will be considered
• A number of year’s experience within the Tax department of a quality practice.
